Delivery Policy
ATTENTION:
VEZTIVIA is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Should this occur, a new shipping fee will be charged for re-shipping the order, which will only be done after the merchandise has been returned by the POST OFFICE.
IF THE CUSTOMER CHOOSES A REFUND, THE PROPORTIONAL SHIPPING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED - EVEN FOR "FREE SHIPPING" PROMOTIONS.
Lost merchandise: should the order be lost by the POST OFFICE, the customer may choose between a full refund of the purchase value or re-shipment of the product (if available in stock) at no additional cost.
Delivery delay: We are not responsible for any delays by the Post Office or any carrier chosen by the customer during the purchase process. We emphasize that delays may occur more frequently during holiday seasons and strikes. If the customer needs urgent delivery, we recommend choosing Sedex shipping.
Recipient absent: the POST OFFICE makes 3 (three) delivery attempts. If delivery of the products is not possible, the order will be sent to the POST OFFICE branch closest to the customer's address. In this case, it will be necessary to pick up the order at the agency within seven days. If the customer does not pick up the product within the established period, the merchandise will be returned to VEZTIVIA. For a new shipment to be made, a new shipping fee will be charged.
Shipping calculation: shipping is calculated during the purchase process. By informing the product delivery zip code, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost, and the result of this calculation will be added to the purchase value, thus forming the total amount to be paid by the customer.
Shipping: deliveries are made upon confirmation of freight payment. The freight value is related to the dimensions and weight of the product, the distance of the delivery location of the order, and the chosen delivery method. The shipping period for your order in the store begins from the payment confirmation by the financial institution.
